Samantha Liu’s keen understanding of interpersonal relationships has fueled her career in human relations management. Ms. Liu is currently senior employee relations representative for FedEx Express, where she manages and mediates conflicts, modifies management policies, and evaluates decisions made by management and employees.

Ms. Liu graduated from Edinburgh Napier University in 2002 with a Masters of Business Administration. Ms. Liu is also an internationally certified Human Resources Professional.

Ms. Liu is a member of various professional associations, including the British Columbia Human Resources Management Association. She has also won numerous accolades over the years, including a HR Leadership award in 2010 from FedEx Express.

Beyond the office, Ms. Liu enjoys skiing, swimming, and spending quality time with her family.

In the future, Ms. Liu hopes to continue her professional growth and complete a management and development program. She also hopes to grow her role at FedEx and graduate to a management-level role.
